Place a Custom Order
After filling out this form, I will send you an invoice for non-refundable deposit of $850 and will order your tree. Once I receive the tree, an additional $1000 non-refundable deposit will be due before I begin construction. The remaining balance plus shipping cost (if applicable) will be due upon completion.
